Hit keyboard lightly! Average user strikes keys four times harder than necessary.

Don't forget good posture. Sit back in your chair. Keep knees equal to or lower than your hips.

Center monitor at arm's length. Position top of monitor 2" or 3" above seated eye level.

Take eye breaks by focusing on distant objects.

Reduce glare. Place monitor away from bright lights and windows.

Float arms above the keyboard. Keeps wrists straight when typing.

Limit repetitive motions. Break 1-2 minutes every 20-30 minutes with 5-minute breaks every hour.
